Insurance
What to expect on your first visit.
It is important to know your insurance benefits before you are seen by a physician. Some insurance carriers have preferred hospitals, labs, and other medical treatment facilities that you are required to use in order to be in-network with your insurance. In order for our office to make sure you have the least amount of expense, it will be in your best interest to make sure our office knows if you have any of these preferred areas of treatment. Co-pays, deductibles, and all outstanding balances are expected to be paid at the time of service. For payment, we accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Our billing staff will send a complimentary claim to your insurance carrier for each visit you have in our office.
If you are having problems with meeting your medical bill obligations, please ask to speak with a financial counselor and she will be happy to discuss our payment policy.
